TellerScan 240/TTP

The unique TS240/TTP (Teller Transaction Printer) is the first transaction printer designed to integrate with a teller scanner to minimize countertop space and deliver customer image receipts. The TS240/TTP is a standard USB, direct thermal printer that is designed to fit within a customized housing beneath the Digital Check TellerScan TS240 scanner at the teller window. This design reduces valuable counter space usage up to 50% of that required by separate scanner and printer.

Our TS240/TTP Printer Module utilizes a proven, third generation thermal printer engine deployed worldwide by Cognitive TPG. Included with the printer is the unique ReceiptWare™ Marketing Software that allows a financial institution to turn every receipt into a promotional vehicle! Now you can provide your customers with image receipts of their deposits and marketing messages as part of their transaction record. Receiving images of their deposited checks gives the customer a greater sense of security while providing another channel to communicate marketing messages and special offers directly to your customer.

ReceiptWare allows you to add any combination of bank logos, margin messages, watermark, and product promotions to the receipt, and also to highlight new services. The options are endless. Variable printing capability can be tied to the transaction type or dollar limits. Receipts can even be designed for specific branches or regions. The ReceiptWare software utility allows your marketing group to push out targeted messaging based on your enterprise marketing strategy without programming, thereby increasing cross-sell opportunities and customer loyalty.

Thermal receipts cost up to 50% less than pre-printed ticket receipts. The TTP printer features an easy open tray for fast, easy replacement of the thermal paper roll and is one of the easiest to use on the market.

The CheXpress® is the first bank quality scanner that does not compromise on features or functions yet is priced for the small business market.

TellerScan 240

The TellerScan 240 is the 5th generation batch fed scanner from Digital Check. Built on the successful legacy of the TS230 line of scanners, the TS240 incorporates the features for which banks are looking in a check scanner: fast to deploy, easy to install, easy to support, and a fool proof design. This new generation of scanner features advanced 300 dpi non-contact cameras that improve CAR/LAR rates and reduce the number of rescans -- even checks with folds and wrinkles will read more accurately. Supporting the new scanner is our latest API which incorporates automatic image rotation and scanner diagnostics. Scanner diagnostics quickly determine the cause of most user problems and assists the user in correcting the problem.

The new styling on the device is not only beautiful, but it is also functional. The TS240 incorporates a new cover design that helps process damaged checks more effectively and also reduces noise level, resulting in quieter operation. The TS240 is built with a 100 sheet feeder for greater wall clock performance. The TS240 comes ready to use out of the box, requiring no assembly.

FFIEC recently released guidance suggesting that document control can reduce the risk of items being inadvertently re-deposited. To aid in document control, the TS240 offers a front franking stamp as well as a programmable, rear ink jet printer as available options.

TellerScan 4120

The TellerScan 4120 is a two-pocket countertop check scanner designed for Branch, Remote and Distributed Capture applications. The unit easily fits into any countertop or teller window area.

DCC's TellerScan 4120 check scanner offers a unique combination of reliability, compactness, and low cost for high speed scanning of a broad range of checks, cheques, giros and other small financial documents. These scanners can accelerate check clearance, improve customer service, and prepare the bank for electronic check processing.

The scanner includes duplex check scanning and automatic E13-B or CMC-7 MICR codeline recognition as standard features. The transport can move up to 120 items per minute at 100, 200x100 or 200 dots per inch black and white and 16 or 256 levels of gray in standard Group IV Tiff, JPEG or BMP format. The 80 - 100 item automatic document feeder along with the 2 pocket sorter. The sorting feature is under application control via the DCC API.

TellerScan 230-100

The TellerScan 230-100 (TS230-100), based on Digital Check Corp. CheckJogger 1000

The MJ1000 is the smallest automatic check jogger in the market; yet is a very efficient jogger specifically designed for checks, giro's and remittance slips. Tests show productivity improvements of approximately 20% over hand jogging documents of mixed sizes.

The unit has a small footprint, low noise and uses a momentary actuator bar that takes just seconds to properly jog a batch of documents. The unit is ideal for use in bank branch or back office operations, credit unions, lockbox operations, remittance processing and many other commercial and point of sale applications.

DCC's MJ1000 can hold up to 250 checks and small documents and does a consistent job of aligning mixed sizes. This can reduce jams and facilitate unattended operation of the countertop check scanners. The consistent alignment can improve MICR reading, image quality and OCR recognition.
